Royal Bournemouth Cardiac Intervention Unit
Sky Factory Luminous SkyCeilings™ are installed in three catheter labs as well as the recovery area of the Cardiac Intervention Unit at the UK’s Royal Bournemouth Hospital, creating a calming, patient-centered environment.
Cardiologist Dr. Suneel Talwar and Norma Cox, Cardiovascular Angiography Superintendent, worked with Sky Factory UK’s Allan Sinclair to design the installations. Ms. Cox relates, "We are all very pleased with the results of the SkyCeilings, as patients feel more relaxed during procedures. The staff is impressed with the high quality of the product. We are grateful for the opportunity to provide these unique designs for our patients, since their well-being is our priority."
The installation of Luminous SkyCeilings was made possible by a generous benefactor of Royal Bournemouth. The National Health Service acknowledged the exceptional customer service and quality of craftsmanship which has made Sky Factory UK a preferred supplier to the NHS. As realistic Illusions of Nature, the Luminous SkyCeilings make a significant difference in the environment for patients and staff alike.
